Our applicant pool includes experienced nannies who have successfully completed assignments and have returned to us because they are pleased with our ability to place them in good jobs. |

Each In-Home Childcare Nanny MUST
- Be professionally screened
- Have excellent childcare experience and reputable references
- Be 18 years or older
- Be pre-screened via an intense telephone interview.
- Participate in an extensive personal interview and complete our comprehensive written application.
- Have each individual reference checked and all previous childcare employment verified
- Pass a background check by the Arkansas State Police; as a result of which the potential candidate must:
- Have no prior criminal record;
- Possess a clear and valid driver's license record from the Arkansas Department of Motor Vehicles
- Possess a valid social security number
